2、Taiwan Consumer Protection Act
Consumers have a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) starting from the day after receiving the product. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within this period; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
The " inspection period" is not a trial period. Returned items must be in new condition and have the complete original packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, original packaging bags, boxes, and papers). Please do not omit any accessories, dismantle or damage the product by yourself.
The original outer box and packaging are part of the product. Losing, damaging, or missing components may affect your rights for return and exchange. Once a product is unsealed, used, cannot be restored to its original state, or lacks integrity, it loses its resale value and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3、Guidelines for Returns
If the product includes the main body, accessories, gifts, and packaging (bags, boxes, paper), no refund will be given for any missing or damaged items.
Gifts included in the order cannot be specified or replaced unless they are defective.
From the day following the application for return, there is a 15-day period. If we cannot contact you or receive the returned product within this period, the return application will be automatically canceled and cannot be re-applied.
Within the 7-day inspection period, Taiwan Antio products, being consumables and personal items, cannot be returned once unsealed.
This product is considered a personal hygiene item and falls within the reasonable exceptions specified in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. There is no 7-day cooling-off period after unsealing.
We are fully authorized to handle all processes related to returns.
4、Guidelines for Exchanges
Requests for exchanges are accepted only for defective items or incorrect shipments. If it exceeds the 7-day inspection period (including holidays), exchange service cannot be provided. To avoid disputes, please thoroughly inspect the product upon arrival.
For the exchange of defective items or incorrect shipments, Taiwan Antio will bear the shipping cost. Consumers need to provide a valid shipping address, contact person, and phone number.
For bundled or randomly selected color products, exchange service for color or style selection is not available.
If the purchased product has been unsealed and used, making it unable to be restored to its original condition, exchange cannot be processed.
If the product is damaged, soiled, or has incomplete packaging due to improper disassembly or use by the consumer, making it unsellable, exchange cannot be accepted.
Due to differences in computer and mobile phone screen resolutions, there may be color discrepancies between website photos and actual products. Exchange standards will still be determined by Taiwan Antio.
5、Refund Procedure
Refunds can be processed only after the return request is successfully approved, and the product has been received and confirmed by Taiwan Antio.
If the purchase involved the use of shopping credits, they cannot be refunded after the return.
